Unused season tickets will not be exchanged on a game day.
This is to help alleviate the congestion at the Box Office and Will Call Window.

Ticket Exchange Deadlines
All exchanges must be completed by 5pm the day before a game. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday games, the cut-off for exchanges will be Thursday at 5pm.

Please note that the Box Office and the Ice Flyers’ office will NOT exchange tickets if the day before a game is also a game day. For example, you cannot exchange tickets for a weekend game on Thursday if there is a home game on Thursday.

Where To Exchange Unused Season Tickets
All unused season tickets must be exchanged at the Civic Center Box Office Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm.

If a season ticket holder cannot make it to the box office prior to 5pm the day before a game, there are two other methods to do so. The first is to call the Ice Flyers’ front office. The cut-off for exchanges via phone call to the Ice Flyers’ office is still 5pm prior to game day or 5pm on Thursday for all weekend games.

The second is to bring your unused tickets that you want to exchange for a future game to Fan Services above Section 107 during any regular season home game.

How To Exchange Unused Season Tickets
Bring your unused season tickets to the will call window where we will have your new game ticket waiting in your name. If you do not have your unused tickets to exchange, you will not be given your tickets.

Also remember that any unused 2012-13 season tickets can only be exchanged for another 2012-13 regular season game and will not be exchangeable for playoff tickets. If an exchanged ticket is not used or picked up, it cannot be exchanged again.

If you are giving your unused season tickets to a friend to exchange, please inform them of this exchange policy as well. They must exchange them on a non-game day. If there is anyone else you have using your season tickets that might give someone unused tickets, again, please inform him or her of this policy to pass on.

Donate Unused Season Tickets
If you would like to donate your unused tickets to a specific local non-profit organization and/or the local military, simply drop them off at the Ice Flyers’ Front Office and we will be more than happy to donate them in your name. Please drop the tickets off at least 72 hours prior to a game day so we have time to distribute them.
